On October 1, ALPA launched a completely redesigned alpa.org, a two-year, ground-up rebuild guided by pilot leaders, committee chairs, and staff from across the Association. The goals:
A website is never finished; rather, it improves with use. As users search, click, and engage, the site’s search relevance and related content features will continue to sharpen.
ALPA members should log in for access to the member dashboard to see the full range of tools and resources available.
After login, your My ALPA dashboard consolidates the tools and information members use most—master executive council (MEC) and local executive council (LEC) links, your active contract, voting alerts dropdown, ALPA-PAC status (for U.S. members), quick access to hotlines and committees—and includes programs such as Pilot Peer Support and mental-health resources alongside insurance and retirement products.
Some features that help you find frequently used member content include:

The site features images of ALPA members, highlighting the work of the union, and ALPA’s critical role in safety.
Each key issue now opens with a clear, high-level summary, then progressively reveals testimonies, white papers, Calls to Action, and technical deep dives.
A more robust search helps you quickly find what you need, with improved filtering to narrow results. Log in for member-only content. Find the sitewide search tool by tapping the magnifying glass icon at the top right of every page.
Throughout the site, a robust tagging system automatically pulls related news releases, feature articles from Air Line Pilot magazine and FastRead, and other content onto relevant pages.
The site runs on a new cloud platform and a more capable content-management system, enabling faster performance, better security, and a sustainable foundation for the future.
The Association’s national website is one pillar in a multiyear effort that has also standardized and refreshed MEC websites. It’s an ongoing cycle as technology evolves, but the new alpa.org is built to adapt.
