Pilots Stay Focused on Career Progression, Compensation, and Quality of Life
During 2025, the Endeavor Air Master Executive Council (MEC) focused on supporting pilots through a year marked by both progress and operational challenges. In August, the MEC entered negotiations with the company on a quality-of-life–focused letter of agreement (LOA)—an effort that remains a core priority in 2026. Throughout the year, the pilots continued to demonstrate professionalism across the operation, and the MEC, in partnership with ALPA’s safety structure, remained committed to data-driven oversight and advocating for systemic safety improvements.
The year also brought a significant achievement to the group. At ALPA’s 137th Executive Board meeting, Endeavor pilots were awarded the J.J. O’Donnell Trophy for Excellence in Political Action—only the second regional pilot group to receive this honor since 2014. The award recognizes the pilot group that led the Association in both ALPA-PAC contributions and engagement over the past year, highlighting the pilots’ strong commitment to advancing aviation through political action.
Building on more than 140 LOAs since 2011 and preparing for continued growth opportunities tied to projected flying and potential fleet shifts, the MEC remains focused on career progression, compensation, quality-of-life enhancements, and reinforcing a strong safety culture.
