Amerijet Pilots Begin Contract Negotiations
After securing their first ALPA collective bargaining agreement on June 25, 2023, Amerijet International pilots began their next round of contract negotiations with the company this January. Throughout 2025, the Master Executive Council (MEC) and Negotiating Committee were busy surveying pilots on their priorities for the next contract and attending training sessions in preparation for January’s negotiations.
“During these ALPA-sponsored training sessions, our team was able to learn from the experiences of other pilot groups,” said Capt. Andrew Molbert, the pilots’ MEC chair. “We’ll also be hosting several pilot unity-building events where pilots can meet members of the Negotiating Committee in person to ask questions and learn more about the bargaining process.”
Amerijet took delivery of two newly leased B-767-300s in 2025. These are the first additions to the fleet since six B-757 freighters were added in 2022.
It is my sincere hope that the improvements in pay, quality of life, retirement, and insurance will enable the company to recruit and retain pilots to sustain our continued growth into new markets.
