2026 Dues Return Offer

Alt text

In May 2026, ALPA's Executive Council approved an offer to return dues to pilots for the third consecutive year. This year’s offer will total $53 million.

Who Qualifies?

The dues return offer is available to everyone who was obligated to pay dues during the 2025 calendar year. To deliver this offer, ALPA must have your complete, up-to-date information.

What to Do Now

The 2026 dues return offer will take place this summer. Make sure you’re ready to receive your offer by adding, updating, or confirming the information in your member record.

3 Reasons to Accept Your Dues Return Offer Through Direct Deposit

FASTER. Get your dues return offer when it’s processed, not a week or two later.

SAFER. Stolen checks are a significant source of fraud in both the United States and Canada.

MORE RELIABLE. A significant number of checks were sent back marked “return to sender” or lost in the mail last year, causing additional time and expense to reissue offers.

Previous Dues Return Offer

If you did not receive your dues return offer in 2025, it’s likely due to missing or incorrect information in your member record. There’s still time to act. Per ALPA policy, the all-member offer to return dues remains active for 360 days. After that time, ALPA considers the offered funds to have been declined. If you were dues obligated in 2024 and did not accept or receive your offer to return dues last year, please check your member record to ensure all information is present and correct, then email DuesReturn@alpa.org with your name and ALPA ID. After September 1, 2026, any pilot inquiring about the 2025 dues return offer must appeal to the ALPA vice president–finance/treasurer.
